LINQPad - More than just a free LINQ tool!
Q. Ever wish you could test a LINQ statement without VisualStudio?
Q. Ever wish you could query your databases using LINQ instead of SSMS and SQL?
Q. Ever wish you could query your file system, network, RSS, and more using LINQ?
Q. Wouldn't it be great if you could do all the above in a single application that is easy to use?

So What is LINQPad? LINQPad is a free, no installation required, application that can help you utilize and learn LINQ.
It is also extensible, so if you have custom assemblies you want to use, just load them up in LINQPad and code away. And YES, it supports C#, VB and SQL.
I recommend watching the video tutorial, and then take "The LINQPad Challenge."
